Based on Yorkshire Dales Distillery’s four times distilled and 100% vapour infused “Wild Ram Gin”.
Wild Ram is smooth and fragrant, balancing Juniper with heather and red berries. We draw this luscious berry flavour out by marrying Wild Ram with “Umeshu”, a Ginjo Saké marinated with Japanese plum (Ume) for half a year before aging for 1.5 years.
Umeshu further combines with the sweetness of El Bandarra Vermouth to balance the dry Juniper of Wild Ram .
A generous dash tincture (home made from Tregothnan Red Berry Tea) tops off the concoction, adding yet more rich, zingy, fruit flavour and a mouthwatering floral aroma that truly showcases the essence of the Wild Side.
